Menstruate Nudism

Menstruate Nudism – It is a healthy reality and all Adam and Eve members are adults.  Should underwear be required or your preference please consider wearing a sarong for that period.  Use what is comfortable for you and no visual offence to others.  Some ladies simply find a tampon is sufficient.

Most naturist clubs welcoming of the nude lifestyle require nudity in the pool.  Excusing yourself from water activities for that period of time is considered a good behaviour.
