Primarily we are a ‘Social Club’. You will enjoying the company of like minded people of the lifestyle.  This is our goal.  Not every event it nude.  We dress according to the weather and the permitted standards of our venues.

The Town and Country naturists Inc. {TCn}, previously known as Adam and Eve Social Club  (A&E), reflects the standards of the Australian Naturist Federation  (ANF)  and International Naturist Federation  (INF) .   We strongly support the Laws of Australian States and Territories in respect of harassment and public behaviour and will vigorously support these laws to their fullest.

Laws of any State or Territory have precedence over this code of behaviour.  Furthermore, the TCn Club will likely support any ruling made by any “Niche Member” event organiser,  Tcn sub-branch Club or authorised Committee person in respect of behaviour of individuals, couples or groups whilst at their facilities or events.

The rights and safety of every person are vital in any clothes free environment.   The TCn Club will not condone sexual harassment or public sexual acts.  These will have no place within the ‘Naturist / Nude Lifestyle’ at TCn events and will not be tolerated.

Further to the comments above the TCn Club does not intrude into personal relationships, the acts of consenting adults in private or affectionate gestures within family units.  Family Friendly Values {FFV} and behaviour should be shown at all TCn events.  These are the TCn Club expectations.

Unacceptable behaviour is defined as persistent staring, stalking, following or crowding of an individuals personal space. It also includes other overt sexual acts or displays as well as any aggressive acts or threatening body language.

Unauthorised photography and/or videoing by any means of vision capture of adults and minors by any person, other than the authorised photographer, will not be tolerated at TCn member events unless permission is obtained in advance from the subject.  This includes the use of mobile phones as cameras.  Prior permission must be obtained from the adult who is to be photographed and, in respect of children; prior parental approval must be obtained.  Permission must also be gained from any person who would be likely to be in the field of view and is recognisable.  It is incumbent on the photographer to be responsible in the choice of the photographic subject, angle, back ground etc.  Anyone who is aware of a photographer taking less than acceptable photos is obliged to report that person to the event organiser/s and/or the appropriate authorities.

Unwelcomed communications is defined as any unwanted advances, remarks, suggestions, propositions, gestures, threats, messages, SMS texts, ridicule or jokes of a crude or sexual nature. Persistent attempts to engage another person in clearly undesired conversation must be reported to the event organiser/s and/or the appropriate authorities. Unsolicited comments and/or gestures about a person’s body are also considered unacceptable.

Inappropriate touching is defined as unwelcome touching of another person’s body.   The TCn club associated social or niche groups / or sub-branch clubs.  Their members and guests are encouraged to maintain a relaxing family ambience by reporting, in a timely manner, firstly to the club, resort or social group.  Statutory authorities may be informed of any persistent behaviour the A&E Club considers contrary to this code of behaviour.  Legitimate complaints must be documented and investigated fully.  Requests for confidentiality will be respected.

CODE OF BEHAVIOUR CONSEQUENCES

Any acts  that are contrary to this code of behaviour as outlined above, may result in that person’s removal from member events for a  period of time or expulsion from the TCn Club with a considered review of any future applications to rejoin.
